These are inspired from one of my favorite scenes in Seinfeld where Jerry is dreaming that he put Uncle Leo in prison (I'll try to attach the video below). In the scene, Uncle Leo is doing pull-ups and he has JERRY and HELLO as knuckle tattoos.  The scene is at 0:27

I decided to do two accent nails based off my tattoo. I accomplished this look with a variety of blue acrylic paints and mixing up my own pinks, and a variety of liner brushes. I'm sure you could do this with nail polish if you have the right colors.
